Bookings
All bookings made with us are a minimum 2-night stay unless our booking system shows/ allows otherwise. Any bookings made with the intention of only staying one night and cancelling the second upon arrival will still incur the full amount for the two nights and the room or room(s) booked will remain empty. Unfortunately due to the layout of our rooms which are all double rooms with rooms 1,2,4 &5 having a king-size bed, room 3 has a double bed, we do not have any family rooms, and as a result, children under 14 years of age cannot be accommodated, and extra beds or cots cannot be placed in any of the rooms, therefore if it is your intention to arrive with babies, toddlers and children under 14 years of age your booking will be null and void due to your non-compliance with our terms and conditions. You will still be charged for the room should we not be able to re-let the room for the duration of your booking.
